Bray and Enniskerry are cultural and artistic centres.

Bray is home to Ardmore Studios, which is long established as Ireland’s leading film and television production centre. The renowned Irish studio has been involved with numerous well known Hollywood films and has had many a star grace it’s floors. In more recent times, the studios have hosted stars like Pierce Brosnan, Sean Connery, Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman, Mel Gibson and Meryl Streep.

Bray also has the Mermaid Arts Centre, which presents ambitious programmes of performance including innovative dance, spellbinding theatre, cutting edge music and art-house cinema. The Mermaid gallery exhibits work by some of the finest artists from Wicklow and further afield, both national and international.

Yearly events in the arts that take place in Bray include The Bray Jazz Festival and Bray Summerfest which includes numerous acts of dance and song.

Enniskerry’s Knocksink Wood is home to Art-Naturally.
